在主機上安裝淮安NSK軸承后，如果測量軸承主軸的徑向跳動，可以發(fā)現(xiàn)每一個轉(zhuǎn)動的測量值都有一定的變化；連續(xù)測量時，可以發(fā)現(xiàn)，經(jīng)過一定的轉(zhuǎn)動后，變化將近似重復(fù)。測量變化程度的指標是圓旋轉(zhuǎn)的精度。重復(fù)旋轉(zhuǎn)近似于循環(huán)旋轉(zhuǎn)精度的準周期性。準周期變化范圍大，即周期旋轉(zhuǎn)精度差。

After installing the Huaian NSK bearing on the main engine, if the radial runout of the bearing spindle is measured, it can be found that the measured value of each rotation has a certain change; when continuously measuring, it can be found that after a certain rotation, the change will be approximately repeated. 如果對軸承主軸施加適當?shù)念A(yù)緊力，轉(zhuǎn)速將逐漸提高，接近工作轉(zhuǎn)速，從而實現(xiàn)軸承的“磨合”功能，提高主軸旋轉(zhuǎn)精度。

If proper preloading force is applied to the bearing spindle, the speed will gradually increase, close to the working speed, thus realizing the "running-in" function of the bearing and improving the spindle rotation accuracy.

軸承安裝后，為了檢查安裝是否正確，應(yīng)進行操作檢查。小型機器可以用手旋轉(zhuǎn)以確保平穩(wěn)旋轉(zhuǎn)。淮安NSK軸承檢查項目包括：異物、傷痕、操作bu良造成的壓痕、安裝.bu良、力矩不穩(wěn)定造成的安裝座加工bu良、間隙過小、安裝誤差、力矩過大造成的密封摩擦等，如無異常，可啟動供電運行。

大型機械不能手動旋轉(zhuǎn)?？蛰d啟動后立即切斷電源。機器閑置。檢查轉(zhuǎn)動部件的振動、噪聲和接觸情況，確認無異常，進入動力運行。

Large machinery cannot rotate manually. Cut off the power supply immediately after no-load start-up. The machine is idle. Check the vibration, noise and contact of the rotating parts, confirm that there is no abnormality, and enter the power operation.

當電源運行時，空載、低速啟動，并緩慢增加到規(guī)定的額定工作條件。在調(diào)試過程中，檢查項目包括異常噪音、淮安NSK軸承溫度變化、潤滑油泄漏或變色。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)任何異常，應(yīng)立即停止機器，必要時應(yīng)拆下軸承進行檢查。

When the power supply is running, no-load, low-speed start, and slowly increase to the specified rated working conditions. During commissioning, the inspection items include abnormal noise, temperature change of Huaian NSK bearing, oil leakage or discoloration. If any abnormalities are found, the machine should be stopped immediately and the bearings should be removed for inspection if necessary.

軸承溫度通?？梢詮妮S承座的外部溫度推斷出來。但采用油孔直接測量軸承外圈溫度更為準確。軸承溫度從運行開始逐漸升高，通常在溫度穩(wěn)定后1至2小時。如果軸承安裝不當，溫度會急劇上升，出現(xiàn)異常高溫。其原因包括潤滑油過多、軸承間隙過小、安裝.bu良、密封裝置摩擦過大、軸承結(jié)構(gòu)選擇不當、潤滑方式不合理等，也是高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的原因。

Bearing temperature can usually be deduced from the external temperature of the bearing seat. But it is more accurate to use oil hole to measure the temperature of bearing outer ring directly. Bearing temperature gradually increases from the beginning of operation, usually 1 to 2 hours after temperature stabilization. If the bearing is not properly installed, the temperature will rise sharply and abnormal high temperature will occur. The reasons include too much lubricating oil, too small bearing clearance, good installation. bu, too much friction of sealing device, improper selection of bearing structure, unreasonable lubrication mode and so on, which are also the reasons for high-speed rotation.

聽診器檢測淮安NSK軸承的旋轉(zhuǎn)聲音。結(jié)果表明，金屬噪聲較大，聲音異常。其原因包括潤滑bu良、軸或軸承座精度差、軸承損壞、異物侵入等。
