Black oxidation is a surface treatment method of chemical reaction on the surface of INA bearing steel. Black oxide layer is formed when parts are immersed in alkaline brine solution at working temperature of about 150 degrees Celsius.

In order to achieve the best performance of zui, black oxidation treatment is recommended for both inner and outer rings and rolls. Black oxidation can be applied to all bearing types of large wind turbines. In recent years, cylindrical roller bearings and tapered roller bearings have been successfully treated and used.

軸承座上中部和軸承座外側(cè)（朝向輥頭）注入的潤滑脂不能很好地進(jìn)入軋機(jī)軸承，容易丟失，導(dǎo)致軸承在軋制過程中工作面油質(zhì)bu良，導(dǎo)致軸承早期失效。

The lubricating grease injected into the middle part of the bearing seat and the outer side of the bearing seat (towards the roller head) can not enter the rolling mill bearing well and is easy to be lost, resulting in good oil Bu in the working face of the bearing during rolling process, leading to early failure of the bearing.

為此，對軸承座油路進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)，在INA軸承座內(nèi)側(cè)（朝向輥體）增加了噴油嘴，提高了注脂效果。軸承潤滑良好。大多數(shù)軋鋼機(jī)現(xiàn)在使用潤滑脂潤滑。由于立磨的結(jié)構(gòu)，使軸承在軋輥轉(zhuǎn)動時使用壽命延長。

For this reason, the oil circuit of bearing seat was improved, and the oil injector was added to the inner side of INA bearing seat (towards the roll body) to improve the grease injection effect. The bearings are well lubricated. Most rolling mills now use grease lubrication. Because of the structure of the vertical mill, the service life of the bearing is prolonged when the roll rotates.

根據(jù)主機(jī)部件的要求注入規(guī)定的潤滑脂或潤滑劑。

裝配大軸承及軸承與軸、座孔間隙大的產(chǎn)品時，bi須用油浴加熱軸承，油浴溫度約80℃。

When assembling large bearings and products with large clearance between bearings and axles and seat holes, Bi must use oil bath to heat bearings, and the oil bath temperature is about 80 C.

拆卸INA軸承時，bi須使用專用繪圖工具。嚴(yán)禁用鐵制工具直接敲打軸承。

When disassembling INA bearings, Bi must use special drawing tools. It is strictly forbidden to tap bearings directly with iron tools.

在裝配和拆卸軸承時，應(yīng)避免滾動部件和保持架受力或變形。

When assembling and disassembling bearings, force or deformation of rolling parts and cages should be avoided.
