DZ4125(DZ125)鎳基沉淀硬化型定向凝固柱晶高溫合金
概述：DZ4125是鎳基沉淀硬化型定向凝固柱晶高溫合金，使用溫度在1050℃以下，是我國(guó)同類合金中性能水平最高的合金之一。合金具有良好的中、高溫綜合性能以及優(yōu)異的抗疲勞性能。該合金是在美國(guó)Rene 125合金成分的基礎(chǔ)上通過(guò)調(diào)整鈦元素含量和添加鉿元素，使合金具有良好的鑄造性能，可鑄成壁厚小至0.5mm的帶有復(fù)雜內(nèi)腔的無(wú)余量定向凝固葉片。適于制作燃?xì)鉁u輪轉(zhuǎn)子葉片和導(dǎo)向葉片等高溫部件。
應(yīng)用概況及特性：合金已大量用于制作某先進(jìn)航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的定向空心無(wú)余量渦輪轉(zhuǎn)子葉片，葉片批產(chǎn)和使用情況良好。
合金可進(jìn)行各種表面防護(hù)涂層處理，已采用的先進(jìn)真空電弧鍍包裹型涂層，顯著提高了合金的抗氧化和耐熱腐蝕能力。合金在900℃長(zhǎng)期時(shí)效4000h后，未析出TCP相。

DZ125熔煉與鑄造工藝：
采用真空感應(yīng)爐熔煉母合金，真空定向凝固爐重熔澆注定向凝固試棒和零件。
DZ125物理性能：
熔點(diǎn)：1230℃-1240℃
密度：ρ=8.595g/cm3
合金無(wú)磁性。
