DZ4125L(DZ125L)鎳基沉淀硬化型定向凝固柱晶高溫合金
DZ4125L概述:
DZ4125L(DZ125L)是鎳基沉淀硬化型定向凝固柱晶高溫合金，使用溫度在1050℃以下。該合金是我國目前性能水平最高的合金之一，它是在美國René125合金成分的基礎(chǔ)上，通過低偏析技術(shù)降低磷等雜質(zhì)含量，以減少枝晶偏析而發(fā)展出的一種不含鉿元素的定向凝固合金。與同類的合金相比，該合金提高承溫能力20℃，并可成倍提高中溫橫向性能。適于制作1000℃以下工作的航空燃?xì)鉁u輪轉(zhuǎn)子葉片和1050℃以下工作的導(dǎo)向葉片等高溫零件。
DZ4125L應(yīng)用概況及特性:
合金是一種高性能、低成本的新一代航空渦輪葉片材料，已用于制作新型航空發(fā)動機(jī)空心無余量高壓渦輪轉(zhuǎn)子葉片。
合金在使用時(shí)表面可采用低壓氣相滲AL或氣相沉積工藝形成涂層，以提高零部件的耐腐蝕能力。
